As a result, unless there is an indication to need to express the forms of the number, one shall not worry about to make a sentence implying the singular or plural forms of the object.<\/p>\n<p>For example, in Chinese it\u2019s perfectly ok to say \u201c\u8fd9\u662f\u732b\u201d, whereas \u201c\u8fd9\u662f\u53ea\u732b\u201d, or \u201c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u662f\u732b\u201d are also correct. Same rule won\u2019t be able to apply to an English phrase. In English the grammar requires the forms of singular and plural. It\u2019s forced to indicate the quantity state under every situation.
